iCRM is a working tool for sales managers with the ability to work, both online and offline modes. The solution is intended for the operational work of sales managers with access to the following information:

- The calendar of planned interactions with clients and the list of affairs which reflects the gestures and flexible tasks of the manager

- reflection of the interest of the client with the possibility of setting a commercial offer and sending him to coordinate to the central CRM system

- Fulfillment of business processes in which the manager participates as an executor

- setting instructions to other employees of the company and reflecting the implementation of instructions, where the contractor is the manager

- attaching audio records, photos and videos of records when registering interactions with customers and sending them to the central CRM system

- Sending from the decision of the price list by email

The solution can be used independently, but first of all it is designed to jointly work with analytical CRM systems designed on the 1C: Enterprise (1C: CRM) platform.
